Micronized creatine monohydrate, unflavoured, in a 500 g tub with a 5 g scoop. Micronized means a finer powder, so it stirs into water, juice or a shake without the gritty layer at the bottom of the glass.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use

• 10 g a day, which is two 5 g scoops.
• No need to take it all at once: one scoop in the morning and one later in the day is fine.
• Every day, including rest days.
• Mix into water, juice or a shake.
